My first agent lasted one day as he never showed up for our appointment. I saw Carlene's name on a sign in front of a house I was interested in and called the number and she met me within an hour. Her professionalism mixed in with her dedication in finding you a "Home", not just a house, seperates her from the rest of the competition. We looked at numerous houses before I found my "Home" and Carlene was great about keeping my spirits up when at times it looked like I was not going to find what I was after. When we were new the area, we found a home close to work. Carlene was the selling agent. Since we didn't have an agent, Carlene became our agent as well. Carlene went above and beyond to welcome us to the neighborhood. After a few years we had to relocate for work. My wife quickly called Carlene and asked her to represent us again. I have never worked with an agent that represented their clients so thoroughly.
